FAMILY STONE — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, accessing, or using the Family Stone application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Family Stone is a memorial planning platform that helps users create eulogies, tributes, playlists, videos, and coordinate end-of-life services. Features may include AI-generated content, third-party service connections, and social sharing tools.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
You retain ownership of the personal information, photos, and stories you submit. By uploading content, you grant Family Stone a limited license to use that content solely to generate and display your memorial materials within the App.
5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Family Stone uses artificial intelligence to assist in creating eulogies, tributes, and other memorial content. All AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by the user before use. Family Stone does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may connect to third-party services such as fundraising platforms, florists, caterers, and social media. Family Stone is not responsible for the terms, pricing, or performance of any third-party provider.
7. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
You acknowledge that you may enter sensitive personal and family information. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to submit information about others without appropriate authorization.
8. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store policy (Apple App Store / Google Play).
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Family Stone is not liable for any emotional distress, data loss, or damages arising from use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
